Sexism at work no longer looks like it did on “Mad Men,” thankfully. But sexism still makes women’s careers harder — and in many cases keeps them from reaching leadership roles.
For Harvard’s Women in Leadership forum, we called out one of the subtle, modern forms of sexism: how women are described. Even the same words can have different meanings and connotations depending on who they’re applied to.
